This is a schematic of a simple way to wire up power windows. It will function with the use of any 5 pin switching relay. The fuses are your choice but the relay coil fuse does not need to be larger than 10 amps and the window motor power shouldn't require more than 30 amps. If it does then you had better throw some oil on the regulator. There are lots of ways to do this with a lot fancier relays (latching, delay, etc.) but this will get your windows to go up and down.
